Biography

Ivchenko Boris Pavlovich

He was born in 1941 in Baku in the family of a serviceman. In 1944 the family moved to Leningrad. After graduating a college in 1958 he worked as a milling-machine operator at the “Electroapparat” plant in Leningrad.

In 1966 he was graduated from Leningrad Military and Mechanical Institute.

In 1966-2001 was junior-chief member of staff of 28th and 1st central scientific and research institutes of Military and defense ministry of Russia.

Since 2001  - director of Center for research of sustainable development problems of regional systems of North-West Academy of Public Service

Professor, Doctor of technical, physical-mathematics sciences.

Has ranks of the Honored worker of a science of the Russian Federation and the Honored engineer of the Russian Federation.

Nominated as a Man as 2001, 2002, 2003 years by version of American Biography Institute (ABI), USA (North Carolina State) and is invited as an expert by ABI Council of honorary titles awarding.

Interests: traveling, hunting, classical music.

Married, has three children.
